I bought e5 credit to buy the internet add on which was taken from the e5 but is not being applied to my account. Whats wrong?

You mean your credit balance (check your online account or dial *100# to get it) has not increased by €5?
If not then it's a payment problem which you'll need to contact 48 support about:
Or it has but you never bought the add-on - eg. by text
