hi msm,
if it's any help, i'm on iPhone 4 too. All of my Cellular Data Network Settings are blank
*except* for "MMSC" and "MMS Proxy" in the MMS Section.
MMSC ::
"http://mmc1/servlets/mms"
MMS Proxy ::
"10.1.11.19:8080"
lemme know how this works out for you. (Dont forget to restart the phone after inputting the above details)

Do you have a data allowance as part of your membership or add-on?
Did internet access work before?
Did anything change?
Can you post your settings here for review?
Does everything else work OK - making/receiving calls, sending/receiving texts?
