What do you mean?
Are you having problems topping up or buying membership/add-ons with your credit card?
What happens?
Any error messages?
What browser/device are you using?
Can you try another?
Can you topup by voucher for the moment?

no i top up only 48months page, i top up my number yesterday at a 11am and waiting...

What exactly did you do?

Were you trying to topup your credit balance or buy membership?

What does your online account say about your membership status, expiry date and credit/allowance balances?
