Please my sim is not working again please can you help me to lift the ban on it am really like your service

If you got barred for breaching the fair usage limits then you need to wait for your current membership to expire then contact 48 support asking them to lift the ban:

Fair Use Policy/ Acceptable Use Policy

If you got barred before and this is your second time then I believe that it's 48's policy to bar you for good.
