i cant buy an internet add on for my phone it keeps saying error and my details are definitely right i've topped up loads of times with the same card but now it just keeps saying error?

Did you log a support request to get 48 to assist you with this as I suggested above?

It gives and error when trying to pay for the add-on with the card?

Does the same happen if you try to topup your credit balance and then afterwards buy and add-on from your credit balance by text or online?
