my 10 euro credit xseaded the 300 min ... so i topped topped up with 20 euro but i hasnt kicked in yet... i dont no way

Topping up your credit balance is not enough

You need to buy a mobile calls add-on.

€3 for another 60 mins of mobile calls.

You can buy this by text by texting "calls" (without the quotes) to 1745.
