If you log out of 48 and then try the "order a new SIM" link what happens?

If you get a new SIM then you can contact 48 support to get them to transfer your existing number/account/membership/credit over to the new SIM even though it's not ordered as a replacement.
If that doesn't work then contact 48 suport anyway and they should be able to advise:
