Hi
I had ordered a replacement sim a while ago but I moved from the place I had placed the order to.
Everytime I try to order a new sim it sends me to a page with the request for the activation code.
Please advise.

If you log out of 48 and then try the "order a new SIM" link what happens?

If you get a new SIM then you can contact 48 support to get them to transfer your existing number/account/membership/credit over to the new SIM even though it's not ordered as a replacement.

 

If that doesn't work then contact 48 suport anyway and they should be able to advise:

Where?

I can't see my postal address stored anywhere in my My48 account.
