can't receive some text messages

Sometimes when can't receive text messages from people. It doesn't happen all the time I could be in the middle of a conversation with the person and I won't get a reply back and when speaking to the person they say that they did text back . I never do recieve the message even when I get other texts. Does anyone know why this is happening?

This seems to happen to some people from time to time for some reason - i.e. they don't reliably receive texts from specific networks or users. Probably best to log a support query asking 48 support to look into it for you:
