How can I call England how do I top up for that

International calls are not covered by membership or add-on bundled allowances.

You need cash credit on your account to pay for them.

50c per minute to Europe (landlines or mobiles). 25c per text.

You also need to use the appropriate dialing prefixes e.g. 00 44 ....

I also have a problem calling or texting Britain. I have cash credit and am using the correct prefix but still no luck. Please help.

What number format are you using?
What happens when you try? Any errors etc?
Do you have a current membership as well as cash credit?
