I logged into my account to cancel my next month of credit because I broke my phone. When I logged in , it wasn't my number. What do I do?

I chose to move my number but it hasn't updated. When I log in it says 'we cannot move your number at this time' ??

My old SIM suddenly stopped working therefore I ordered a new one. I've activated the SIM and installed it into my iPhone 5c correctly however it is still 'searching'. Any help ?
