When I logged in it wasn't my number I logged into my account to cancel my next month of credit because I broke my phone. When I logged in , it wasn't my number. What do I do?
Number hasn't migrated I chose to move my number but it hasn't updated. When I log in it says 'we cannot move your number at this time' ??
Just ordered a new SIM,old one stopped working, same applies My old SIM suddenly stopped working therefore I ordered a new one. I've activated the SIM and installed it into my iPhone 5c correctly however it is still 'searching'. Any help ?

Im trying to port to 3 network but you blocked my port why? I tried to port to the 3 Network but they have come back and told me that 48 are blocking my port - can you explain why I cannot port over please?
