Hi,I am experiencing problems recently with receiving texts sent to me even from numbers on network 48. I receive the most of texts but every fourth or fifth is not received. Can you please have a look at this?Thanks a lotDara

Can't top up

I'm trying to top up my monthly Don plan but I'm being told there's a problem with my card. The CVV code is correct, the card number is all correct and I have the money in my account.

Never Received INternet Settings for my phone

HI I activated a sim last week and then bought membership on 1/10/2016 (€15 The Mitch) and it said that i would receive an sms with the internet settings.  I have yet to receive those settings. when would i receive them? ThanksRoisin
