I have just changed to this network but I need to keep my old number. Does anyone know if this is possible because I do not want my number to change?

Hey I opened the email validation to try activate my account but when the My 48 page opens all it says is There was an issue when you tried to register with 48.It's telling me that they are activating my sim but its been a couple of days now...
