I renewed my membership twice in 24 hours but still have no credit.

I renewed my credit by credit card and "it was successful" but today it's not showing up on my history and I can't make calls!

There seem's to be a handful of member's who have got trapped in the process of buying membership today... unfortunately, you are yet another.
It's bizarre as, only a few have had trouble this way...
Log a ticket with a 48 support Agent as soon as practical:

Actually I did that last sat/sun and it got sorted and I could make calls etc again!! But when I went to history , the info is only up till 9.11.13!! I will check again now and see if it's been updated.. Thanks fefe .

I'm not sure that the My History log is always accurate.
I've seen cases where successful payments/purchases were not listed anyway.
