cant make calls at all can recieve, its not the phone as i can recieve calls and ive factory reset the phone, what happens when i make a call is that the phone literally goes to call ended and thats it cant sent texts either

Hi guys I recently bought a Prestigio Duo 5508 and am having trouble connecting to internet. I entered all the Generic settings as seen elsewhere on other posts and clicked on Data Roaming for 48 but still not working. Thing is it did work first time...
