hi i just bought 10euro credit from my local shop i entered the code it then said i had 10 euro i text guido but its now sayin i have no credit can u help me please

Did the topup process go OK? No errors?
Dial *100# and hit send/call - what does that return.
What does your online account say about your membership status and history of purchases/topups etc.?

A few other people seem to be reporting problems with topping up/purchasing membership so I wonder if there is something more to this that the individual cases?
