Why won't my coverage work?

I've tried turning my phone on and off and it's still not working and my sister is on this network and she can get coverage anywhere in my house and my coverage bar is coming up at 'searching' this past 2-3 days !

Did it work before?

Has anything changed on your phone?

Is your sister on 48 too?

Can you try your SIM in her phone and her SIM in your phone just to see what happens?

What networks can you see when you scan for networks?

yes it has always worked before and I did nothing it just stopped working all of a sudden...how do you scan for networks ?😳

Carrier isn't even coming up in my settings for a start so it's something to do with my sim...
