What do you mean by WiFi?
Do you actually mean mobile data?
WiFi is a connection to a wireless local area network and has nothing to do wth 48.
Mobile data is a 48 issue and nothing to do with WiFi.
Is anything working?
Connection to a local network - i.e. signal bars?
Incoming/outgoing calls?
Incoming/outgoing texts?
Mobile data?
As ever, the usual general advice applies in relation to 48 roaming...
Unfortunately many people still seem to have problems with roaming abroad on 48 for some reason.
(On the other hand all the people who have no problems don't post to report their positive experiences!)

If mobile data doesn't work while roaming abroad in countries where it's supported then check that your APN settings are configured correctly:
In some countries an active membership plan and cash credit to pay for mobile data usage are required.
