Why is my Internet not working ???

I recently purchased 1 g of Internet and my Internet has stopped working ??? Please can think be seen too ASAP !!!!

Hi Again...

You need active membership to use the 48 Network, this is why your internet wont work.

What is the status of your membership? Start/finish?

Active. Renewed last week. I can make calls but Internet not working

I have active membership. My data just turned off this morning and not working since. I can't even turn on

Are calls and texts working ok?

Are your APN settings still configured correctly and mobile data enabled?

Are you on the unlimited data €12.99 plan or another plan where you may have used up your data allowance and need to buy a data add-on to continue using data for the rest of the membership month?

Last night I purchased a 1gb mobile Internet top up from my account credit having run out on my monthly limit. I awoke the next morning to find it fully depleted overnight while my phone was not in use.
My phone is set not to update/backup unless connected to WiFi at home. I have also checked my Web and YouTube history to see where the data usage occurred but with no explanation.
The phone was still connected to the charger this morning and in my possession all night.
I just can't see how 48 months can say I have used 1 gb in less than 8 hours.
How does 48 months explain this?
