When abroad are there add ons so you can go online!?

You mean for data/internet access?

No - 48 don't support data roaming abroad at all.

You have to make do with wifi access where available.

The only roaming add-ons are the EU texts and calls add-ons.

When I receive calls/texts while abroad do I get charged for this!?

When roaming abroad you pay (from your cash credit balance) to make or receive calls and to send texts.

Unless you are in the EU and buy EU text/calls add-ons which give certain allowances and are often more cost effective.
