I had 30euro membership,when I logged on to purchase some add on,I see my balance is 25 euro,Can you please confirm where 5 euro membership as gone to?

The €30/25 is not membership.

It's cash credit.

If you did not spend it on add-ons already (in which case the transactions should appear on your My History page: http://www.48months.ie/my-48/my-history) then perhaps you used services which were used from your cash credit balance? E.g. international calls/texts, 1850/1890 calls etc.

 

Other call charges

 

If you still can't figure it out log a support query to ask 48 support to explain matters to you.
