Want to keep old number but don't have the sim

I just recently lost my phone along with my 48 sim. I then got a new phone and ordered a replacement sim. It arrived today and it's not giving me the option to keep my old number ? Is there anyway I can do this with my new replacement sim. Please help

If you don't have a working old SIM from which to transfer the number then you need to contact 48 support for assistance:
