Using 48 in Spain

Purchased the 100 mins of EU calls add-on

 

It didnt work for me in Spain (madrid) whatsover..

 

90% I had no signal. The other 10% toggled between multiple spanish providers and still unable to make a call.

 

Fairly irritating

Is it an iPhone by any chance?

If so blame Apple for the stupid way that they do things.

I don't see any 100 mins of calls EU add-on so I presume you just meant the EU calls add-on?
