Hi Folks,
After waiting for ages for my lovely new Nokia Lumia 520 to arrive from Amazon, I was all set to use it tonight and I have just realised I now need to get a micro Sim !!!
My current 48 Sim is regular size.
I tried to apply on the 48 Page for Micro Sim and I just get error "Oops - Sorry you do not have access to this Page"
Can you send one out to me ASAP please.
Really looking forward to trying out my new phone.
Many thanks,
Loretta.

If you need a micro SIM urgently, then take your existing SIM into one of those small phone shops that are all around town and ask them to cut it while you wait, usually for €2. They have special cutting tools that press it with a stencil-like-cutter and they usually produce perfect micro SIMS. Otherwise wait for the process salyer sets out above.

Can't you log into your account and order a replacement SIM?

Or do you get the error when you try that?
Even if you clear 48 cookies, or try another browser, or another computer?
If you order a replacement SIM then your current SIM will be immediately deactivated so you will be offline until you get the replacement.
If that does not suit or simply does not work then order a new micro SIM here:
When you get it DON'T register it but log a support query to ask 48 to transfer your account/number/membership etc. over to the new micro SIM.

Hope this helps.

I just noticed in GSM Solutions on Abbey Street today that they (and others I'd imagine) sell a pack of nano to micro and mini SIM adaptors for bout €5 if I recall correctly. Might be a good option for anybody who might at some stage need nano. I.e.get a nano SIM to start with and just use the appropriate adaptor (or none) as applicable.
Hope this helps.
