Unable to see details on the "My 48" page.

When I click on the "My 48" section I get a message saying:

 

"Loading!
We are activating your SIM. Refresh your account in a few minutes in order to get it."

 

I then click "Refresh" and it begins to load but no details of my membership come up, an icon that spins indicating that it is loading just keeps spinning and I can't pay my membership because of it. 

 

I also have this message: 

 

"Welcome back Aaron!
you last logged in at 14:38 on 22/07/2013
There was an issue when you tried to register with 48"

 

I don't know what "There was an issue when you tried to register with 48" means.. Could that be related to this? 

 

Please help, I really need to make an important phonecall later.

Have you just joined 48?

Did you register your SIM?

If so and you cannot log in then you may need to log a support query to get 48 to assist:

If you cannot log a query via your online account then try these:

I have already registered my SIM and have been on the network for 1 month so far. 

 

I have no trouble logging in, it's just my own details wont load on the "My 48" page when I want to pay my membership.

OK - you probably need to contact 48 support as mentioned above to get this resolved. You could try clearing 48 cookies or trying another browser just to see if that helps but if not then the problem is probably with the account rather than something local on your machine.

 

In the meantime one workaround for buying membership while you cannot do this online is to topup your credit balance by voucher and buy membership by text:

Okay, I tried another browser and cleared the cookies but that didn't work. I also bought a voucher for €10 yesterday that didn't work, so I think the problem is with the account. 

 

I just submitted a request to the help team.
