Unable to connect to network

Hello 48,

2 days ago I purchased 48 membership for the month however I'm still unable to connect to the network. It says that I can make emergency only calls but no matter where I go I cannot pickup any more coverage than that. I've taken the sim out and put it back in again

But doing this does not help.

Also I have been abroad and this was the first time I purchased membership since August so I wonder has that anything to do with it?

Also this was a new sim as I lost my old one, it unlocked fine 3 days ago but could this be a reason for it not connecting to the network?

Would really appreciate your help as I'm unable to make calls or texts until it's resolved.

What make and model of phone?

If it's an iPhone then maybe see here:

Did you order a replacement SIM and not a new SIM (which will be on a new account, number etc.)?

What do you mean that the SIM "unlocked"?
