I'm using a cheap phone and they say I can't send your settings is it over using a cheap phone
And is that why adverts can't send a veritcation code to it!!!! Need help urgent

Your query is not that clear.
Maybe you can clarify exactly what is happening here - including verbatim error messages?
It's not clear what you mean by "they" (48?) and "adverts" (adverts.ie?).
