Trying to register sim

Hi, I am trying to register my sim, and the las day I tried they said I would recieve a text and I never did, and I tried today too and they said I would get an email but that didn't go through either??

Are you talking about registering the SIM

or porting your number?

I didn't think that you got a text when registering a SIM - just an email?

And when porting your number you do get a text but to your old number and SIM not your new 48 SIM.
