What does your online account say about your current membership and expiry date and your allowance balances?
If your expiry date is 24th April then it means that your membership expires tonight at midnight and then any new membership purchased will kick in.
If your membership does not expire until midnight tonight and you have used up your mobile calls/landline calls/texts/data allowances then you need to buy an appropriate add-on to tide you over until your new membership kicks in.
