Top up of account not added

Please help. I topped up by €10 last Friday evening and have not received credit even though the money was taken from my credit card.

Hi there,

You might of bought a membership instead of credit. Does it show a membership stacked on your account page?

Have you had a look at your my 48 membership page?

Can you see the €10 installment in your balance?

Remember that topping up and buying membership are not the same thing and when you buy membership the cash/credit used no longer appears on your credit balance. Some links that may be of use...

Hi there, thanks for your help. Yes i checked my memebership is unpaid and my balance says 10.00 but i my balance is empty. I checked using my sim in other phones also so its not a problem with my phone.

 

Is there anything you can do?

What did you pay for - credit or membership or add-ons?

What does your account say about membership (current and next if applicable), expiry date and allowance balances?

Also cash credit balance?

What does the My History link say about recent transactions - topups and purchases?
