Hi I have the guido and 3€ on top up yet some texts don't send . Maybe on the tenth oh it might work but not alway s. Then I can send easily to similar

Is coverage/signal strength OK in your area?

 

From time to time it seems that some people report this sporadic failure of outgoing texts.

You should contact 48 support just to check if there is some issue with your account/setup that is causing this:
