Can you send texts?

Can you make/receive calls?

Can't see it helping but switch off, take the SIM out, GENTLY clean the contacts, reinsert it, switch on and see if that helps at all.

Can you get texts from any network at all?

Try sending yourself a text from your own phone - what happens?
