Hi,

 

I've run out of calls, and I need more, and I'd rather buy another €10 membership than sending €9 on 180 minutes alone.

 

Is this possible?

No. You can buy a new membership now but it (and the bundled allowances) will not kick in until the current membership has run its full monthly course and expires normally. Buying a new membership does not prematurely end a current one and kick in immediately. In this case you need add-ons to tide you over to the end of the membership month. Maybe next time you would be better off with a membership that offers unlimited mobile mins (subject to the usual fair usage limits)?
