When was it working ok last?
Did anything change in the meantime?
E.g. phone software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new phone handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?
Do you mean that you have no connection to the 48 network at all - i.e. no signal bars?
If so then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
If not then what happens?
If you can connect to the 48 network then do any services work?
Calls, texts, mobile data?
If not then what happens when you try to make a call?
Any error messages?
