please help, got my replacement sim and cant seem to register it! 😞 have tried entering the code and everything but keep getting this message "Your account has been de-activated. Please register a new SIM if you wish to re-activate your account".. would appreciate help thanks a million! 🙂

That sounds like a techinal problem alright..
My best bet is to log in to your account on here and raise a ticket and explain the problem. Those techies guys should help out no problem.

Can you delete 48 cookies or try another browser/computer just to see if it works there?
