Receiving calls while roaming

I'm currently on holidays in Belgium, I've purchased the roaming calls add-on and I have minutes left yet I can't receive calls, it tells me that I don't have enough credit to receive the call though calls are supposed to be free while I have the add on.

I presume you have an active membership too at the moment? If so then that sounds wrong. You should be able to receive calls for free while the EU roaming calls add-on is active. Guess you'll have to log a support query to ask 48 what the story is?
