Hi how are you my girlfriend have a problem she can't top up her account because she can't connect to web page her number is 0857751888 can you tell me how to sort this problem we tried change password but we can't receive email help thanks

Do you mean that she cannot log into her online account? What happens? What error? Can she try another browser, computer, internet connection etc.?

 

You/she may want to log a support request to ask 48 if they can figure out why there is a problem here:

 

support@48months.zendesk.com

In the meantime she may have to top up her credit balance by voucher
