Hi
I have been trying to renew my membership for sometime and think it has now run out and I am without a phone. This message keeps coming up whenever I try to buy any add ons...

We are currently experiencing some technical issues and cannot process your request.
Hang tight, our tech guys are working on it and hope to have it resolved shortly.
Also when trying to ask an agent a question I get another error message

Can you please sort this out as I am without a phone now and there does not seem to be any support on your site.

but then I just bought a membership and it went through OK.
It is very disappointing if 48 support is not getting back to you on this... 😞
