Hi there im trying to register my sim and it's still not working.
I lost my phone so i ordered a new sim and got a new unlocked phone. But i put in the sim there yesterday, and thetre's still no network connection. I need this solved really quick as i have'nt been able to ring or text anyone for over 2 weeks.
And then when i tried to register im having the same problems as everyone is, im getting that 'Opps' message. Can you please help me out wit this?

If you are trying to get the new SIM working on your existing account/number/membership then you should not try to register it but you should contact 48 support to get set up. See here:

To be honest if you had lost your SIM/phone you probably should just have ordered a replacement rather than a new SIM but that's not much use now...
