Problems when paying for membership, lost money?

Hey, few days ago i paid my membership for 3 months and it didnt go through, even tough it said success. After that i tried again and i spent another 30 euro for 3 months but only got one month for it. Can i fix it up and get my money back? I'd like to buy a different membership anyway so i would suggest a refund.

You probably need to log a support request to get 48 to look into this for you.
