Hey guys I'm still trying to change my account type because I can not move my phone number because I make mistake from the start, who can help me?

Your question is not that clear. Maybe you can clarify? For example - what exactly have you done so far, what problems have you encountered and what are you trying to do next?
If necessary contact 48 support for help if you are trying to get up and running with 48 and/or port a number from another network and are having problems with doing this.
