I have just set up a new account, bought €10 membership but when I try to make a call it tells me to buy membership. My account tells me I have €10 in my account. Why is this happening

What is the exact message that you're getting?
What sort of number are you trying to call?
Some numbers require cash credit to pay for them.
If necessary contact 48 support for assistance about this issue.
