I AM FINDING IT DIFFICULT TO OPEN THE PAYMENT SECTION TO BUY MEMBERSHIP.

What device and browser are you using?

Can you try another device and/or browser as there seem to be payment problems with some devices/browsers?

Edit: just tried the new 48 Member Shop mentioned in that link and I can't get it working. I tried to add cash credit and when prompted selected pay with saved card but then clicking Continue does nothing (Chrome on Windows 7).

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat, email (support@48months.zendesk.com) or phone.

I was able to add €1 credit to my account using my saved card details in Internet Explorer 11 but not Chrome 37 on WIndows 7. On IE it allowed me to enter the card CVV number but on Chrome that panel never appeared so clicking Continue did nothing.
