Iv just joined 48 but can't pay membership due to 'technical issue'. Is anyone else experiencing this problem or have I done something wrong? Phone is working for incoming calls.thanks

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat, email (support@48months.zendesk.com) or phone.

This gets reported sporadically. Not sure why. Your best bet is to contact 48 support and ask them for advice:

In the meantime you could try topping up by voucher and then buying membership/add-ons by text or online until the online payment issue is sorted out?
