I paid my membership a few hours ago and i still dont have calls, texts or data. Also my 48 homepage still says my membership has expired. It usually updates by now?

Does it list an expiry date for your current membership?
If it's 11th February then that means tonight at midnight at which point the new membership will start.
If that's the case and you need to use services in the meantime but have used up the current membership allowances then you need to buy an add-on.

You replied to a 10 year old thread which seems odd.
What exactly do you mean by "not updated"?
What exactly are the symptoms of your problem?
What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?
What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment?
Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming paid membership plan?
What exactly is/isn't working?
Connection to 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
Incoming/outgoing calls?
Incoming/outgoing texts?
Mobile data?
What happens when you try to use the various services and they don't work?
Any error messages?
