hello,
 I just wanna to ask something, i dont really understand this, why my phone is suspended again.. I didnt use my calls that much.. it says the limit on calls is 3000 minutes, but i onky use 600 minutes for the whole month... please can u help me.. i really need my phone back to normal because i need it for my work. thank you

Can you not call or text at all?

Can you receive calls/texts?

Does your online account display any messages about you exceeding the fair limits?

Any emails about this?
