I have an iPhone 5 and I'm not recievivg texts or calls and my phone often doesn't actually ring if someone tries to call me they just get user busy please help

Did incoming calls/texts ever work OK?

If so when did they stop working?

DId anything change on the phone just before you experienced this problem?

Do they not work for some or all users?

Can you make calls/send texts?

Idk when it started doing this and idt anything has changed and yeah I can make calls and texts
