Hi
My phone network has been out of service for the past 12 hours. Is the network down or is anyone else experiencing this?

Network is fine for me.
Try switching off, taking sim out, GENTLY cleaning contacts, reseating it and switching on again and see if that helps.
If not check that you have membership and have not been barred for breaching the fair usage limits.
Otherwise you'll probably need to contact support to ask them to investigate.

Thanks for all the advice, tried everything no success. I think it may be my iphone that is the problem

Mine and my friends can't make or receive calls for a few hours now

Working fine for me in Dublin (1/7).

Where are you?

Are you getting any signal?

Can you send/receive texts and use data/internet?

Try switching off, removing the SIM, GENTLY cleaning the contacts, reseating it, switching on and see if that helps.

Try manually searching for networks and manually connecting to 48.

If all else fails you'll probably have to contact 48 support and they will look into it tomorrow when they're back in.
