Did you try powering off and on again?
Is your membership valid? Log into your online account and check the membership status and expiry date.
Are you sure that you were not barred for breaching the fair usage limits?
Fair Use Policy/ Acceptable Use Policy
Do you know anybody else on 48 in your area?
Or O2?
Is it working OK for them?
Any chance the ongoing stormy weather knocked a cell out in your area?
If necessary log a support query to get 48 to look into this for you.

You'll need to explain your issue in more detail than that if you want assistance from the Community Forum.
What exactly is/isn't working for you?
Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
If you don't have any connection then what happens if you do a manual search for networks?
Can you see and connect to 48?
If not then what happens? Any error messages?
Are incoming/outgoing calls working?
Incoming/outgoing texts?
Mobile data?
Are your APN settings configured correctly?
When was everything working ok for you last?
What changed in the meantime?
E.g. phone software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?
