I've had no coverage since last night, what's going on? I can't make calls or send texts. It's frustrating.

Did you try powering off and on again?

Is your membership valid? Log into your online account and check the membership status and expiry date.

Are you sure that you were not barred for breaching the fair usage limits?

 

Fair Use Policy/ Acceptable Use Policy

 

Do you know anybody else on 48 in your area? 

Or O2?
Is it working OK for them?

Any chance the ongoing stormy weather knocked a cell out in your area?

 

If necessary log a support query to get 48 to look into this for you.

Ya the same with me, other people in my house are on 48 and have full coverage but  I have none at all. Can't send texts or call anyone, its so annoying!!!!

Did it ever work for you?

If so when did it stop working?

Can you receive calls/texts?

Or are you getting no coverage at all?

Do you have a valid membership and non zero allowance balances? Log into your online account to check.

Did you ever breach the fair usage limits and get barred? 

If so you will need to contact 48 support to get going again:

Can you manually scan for networks and connect to 48 (or O2 if 48 is not listed)?

Do you have data roaming enabled?

Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?

Can you try your SIM in your friend's phone and see if it works there?

And try their SIM in your phone and see if that works?

No network coverage for internet and I paid my membership havent receieved the 48 internet settings yet so can u please help me my email address is ******* please help

Hi I have no network in my house all weekend well it keeps going off and on what would it be?! It's never happened b4 Iv been really happy with the service now it doesn't wanna work in my house 😞 thanks
