Can you try another unlocked phone to see if that works OK? If it does then it's most likely your phone that has a problem.

At the moment I have no service now for about 12 hours . The same thing happened again last week .

What do you mean by "no service"?
No signal/signal bars at all?
Or you have signal bars but cannot make calls/send texts?
If you have no signal at all then presumably the SIM did not get registered/activated properly.
If you have a signal but cannot make calls/send texts and have bought membership already then something else is wrong.
Either way you should probably contact 48 suppport using the link that I posted above which explains how to do this.
